Terms of Service

Sup ("the App") is operated by Antoni Blonkowski, doing business as BLONEKDEV, NIP: 571-172-78-74, Poland ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@supthe.app.

1. The service

Sup is a social app that helps you describe what you're dealing with, get matched with people in similar situations, and chat with them. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Sup. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You sign in with your phone number or Apple account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can log out or request deletion of your account at any time from Settings or by emailing contact@supthe.app.

4. Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of the content you post (profile photos, status text, messages) and grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to run the App. You must not:

• harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
• post illegal, sexually explicit, or hateful content;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your age;
• spam, scrape, or attempt to break the service.

Users can report others directly in the App. We review reports and may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions

Sup offers an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes the daily limit on adding new friends. Payment is charged to your App Store account at the price shown in the App. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds follow Apple's App Store policies.

6. AI features

Parts of your profile (such as the public bio shown to other users) are generated by AI from the text you provide. Voice input in chat is transcribed automatically. AI output may be imperfect; you are responsible for the content you choose to publish.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Sup is not a medical, psychological, or emergency service and does not provide professional advice. The App is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
